Woodrush v Bromsgrove

A wet Sunday morning started to brighten up when Bromsgrove Under 14's saw an early try put them in the lead.

New player Alex Tatlow made an exceptional paced run scoring a well earned try which was converted perfectly by Louis Ellsmore.
Woodrush players fought back and went on to take the lead by the time the half time whistle was blown. With a five point lead from two trys and one conversion.

Bromsgrove's grit and determination started to push through in the second half with a second try being scored by Ian Haley, again converted by Louis! Woodrush continued to battle through with as much determination but was unable to break through Bromsgrove's defence. Inside the last 10 minutes Keiran Mole took advantage of a gap making a rapid run over the Bromsgrove try line quickly converted by Louis Ellsmore. Ensuring Bromsgroves 21-12 win. Another successful result for a new season!
